You can substitute the cream of tar tar with lemon juice or white vinegar, it works but cream of tar tar is recommended

My oven starts at 110/120 °C, can i bake at this temperature? And does the duration of baking change or it'll be for one hour as well?

You can certainly try it at that temp. Yes it will probably take a little less time since that is a higher temp.

Let it cool in the oven. Turn the oven off, then prop the oven door open with a wooden spoon, just so there is a crack, and let it very slowly cool, and that should help.
