Chill Factor has made it's way to my top 10 list of Hag's songs(that he has written). That top ten has changed through the years and as I get older and find more of his songs(thanks to Amazon), I know that list will change. The Chill Factor Album is probably my favorite, outside the greatest hits and Down Every Road. Those songs on there are so terrific and they pull at your heart, I listened to that album so much last year, from October to December....lost my husband in March 2020.....that's what his music does it sings to you when you are so low and hurting so badly, but it allows you to cry and get the emotions out and before you know it,,,,,you feel so very good. Blues music is like that too! Love, Love, Love, this man!! Thank you for posting!

Wow thanks for the great comment. I do seem to change my Hag top 10 as well based on current life events. Merle lived such a full life he had lots of experience to draw from for his timeless classics.

Video is a bit fuzzy, but audio is great. I used to have the vhs of this. Bought it as a cutout from Camelot Music. It's this performance that turned me onto Hag. When he gets behind a song, it's like he is singing it to you personally. It's what made Sinatra such a legend. Same with Willie or George Jones. Listening to their music is as refreshing as a drink of water from a cool mountain stream.
