Food for thought.... use a air compressor and blow air around the doors before bonding to check for excessive air movement as well as your flashlight check... I

Evan, your tsi turned out fabulous. Not only does it look good on the outside, but the interior is one of the best that I’ve seen. And to think you built this entirely by yourself. Not everyone that wants to build a Tsi will be able to do this. The build assist program is there for those pilots that want a Tsi but don’t have the place, skills, nor the tools to build. I would assume a build assist program would also be much quicker then muddling through on your own. I can’t wait for your first flight. Hey, do you plan on installing the wheel fairings?

I’ll put the wheel fairings on after the first few flights are completed. I’ll want to inspect my wheels and brakes after each of the first few flights to make sure everything is in order so no sense installing them until I’m comfortable with those components

Beautiful conclusion to an incredible project and accomplishment! Congratualtions! One question: do the wing root fairings get sealed up against the fuselage at some point, or are they designed to have a gap in the leading edge and the trailing edge?

They don’t have a sealant, but when they’re fully bolted on there’s no gap. You’re just seeing a gap as the part is slightly bending just sitting in place

Aren't the "EXPERIMENTAL" stickers upside down when the doors are closed? Was that intentional, so that the E-AB "warning" is clear as passengers enter the aircraft?

The regulation is only that passengers can see it on entry. If there was a way to have it disappear once you’re in the plane that would be ideal
