Bien, j'ai aussi récupéré une diode d'un graveur lightscribe, très sensible à l'électricité statique, pas de boitier autour de la diode et dur à adapter sur la lentille d'un pointeur laser. Mais apres plusieurs echecs, j'arrivais a faire fumer l'etui de mon blackberry ou percer les gobelets de café bruns, pas les blancs 😂.

2$ 532nm lasers from aliexpress have a really nice aluminum heatsink that is perfect for press fitting diodes. The light apeeature hole is smaller than the diode enough fit for gold pins

250mW is the laser output power and there’s is some efficiency involved…

@@inse001 what does that mean? he is just using the laser diode without a driver but driving it way above its rated power

@@ARCSTREAMS The 250mW is the optical power of the laser, it is different from the electrical power. The laser diode has an efficiency of 25..30…%, so you need to feed 800mW to get maybe 250mW. Details would be revealed by the datasheet, so I can only guess.
