Thanks for having prof. Mark Mattson. Thanks to his research papers and the book on intermittent fasting I weigh 20 pounds less and feel better than ever before. I should mentioned also books by Jason Fung, MD, Gary Taubes, Prof. Ben Bikman and Robert Lustig, MD.

I’m hearing the latest studies on saturated fats per Dr Ludwig, is that it is neutral and even in dairy it is protective.

In the blue zones, they don’t take into account that they are always moving, close socially connections, spiritual practices diet is just one aspect. If you look at the Inuits, they eat a lot of saturated fats. So did our ancestors. What we eat today is not the free range grass fed animals of the past. The emphasis should be clean carbs fats and proteins.
