Appreciate your podcasts Dr Becky so very much. I eat breakfast and a later lunch, 18-6 hr eating window. 😄 I’m getting back to doing body weight squats, wall pushups, resistance training and walking after meals. (Through the late fall and winter months I usually do 20-30 total carbs and then 50 total carbs spring and summer. I’m doing more seasonal eating. I only eat carbs that are in season to my area these days). Thank you SO very much Dr Becky. I look forward to your NEXT podcast. Have a wonderful day 🤗🙋🏻‍♀️🇨🇦

I have a video coming up on alternative exercise snacks. You can substitute push-ups or wall push-ups, for example.

Intermittent fasting works to a point and then I don't lose anymore. Large stomach, sometimes blood pressure is a little high, low hdl, and maybe that's why. 9:54

I just use the timer , on the phone . . ... 45mins , then hit "stop" and then hit "start" when I sit down again . ..

Body snacks are perfect. We usually have two feet of snow by now and i am snowshoeing daily. It is 40F and raining! So my body is slugging! Gardening and 4 greenhouses shut up... exercise snacks dounds perfect!

I purchased lmnt, and dilute it as much as suggested.....the taste doesn't bother me, but i think i am having problems with the salt intake... Anyone else noticing more issues with heart palpatations and stomach bloating? Why does it always seem when I try supplements that are recommended or new fad items like collagen powder, protein powder, etc, that I seem to have a reaction after a couple weeks. I never do any of these to excess, but there's always a little problem.

@@higherperspective1756testing showed the product contains maltodextrin which is not listed as an ingredient and cofounder said there was no maltodextrin in it. Not a lot but still…not listed is bad for a product that supposedly contains no sugar. I’m just annoyed with ads in the middle of a video. I usually click off when this happens
