I found that same token a few years ago. Philadelphia Scout Council had a summer camp called Treasure Island, an actual island in the Delaware River. As near as I can tell, these were made in 1926 as souvenirs for the camp and the 150th US birthday. Don't know how I never saw this video until now, but I'll blame KZbin, lol.
