What a great time with Billy! He seems like a real nice guy. It was cool seeing the two of you becoming friends over the past episodes. Friendship like a tree grows as deep as it's Root's.

Nice chigg. I'm sure there's some nice undiscovered relics still in the ground around there. Love the thimble, so personal! I get a thrill holding something in my hand that was lost 200+ years ago. That's what does it for me!! Nice video my friend.

They used that building technique during the civil war as well, fort Pulaski in savannah georgia has those molded concrete all around old home sites. So if you ever see oyster shells in a concrete mix, that can date back from civil war on down :D

I've been binge watching today. I notice you talk about oyster shells in a few of the video's. Can you tell me what significance the shells make when targeting a site? I take it they go hand in hand in whether or not you will have a good day of hunting but I can't make the connection. Enjoy your site very much, thank you

Hi Aqua Chigger! Rhonda from Oregon! I have been metal detecting for about 3 years now and have been watching your videos from day 1. I only have the ace 250 and the black Garrett pin pointer which isn’t waterproof. I have a question? I have seen a few people waterproof their pointers but don’t know what they use to do it. Any suggestions? Btw....Love the variety of your channel! Thanks for keeping me interested in the hobby. I have found a few cool things over the past few years like silver and gold but not very often. Love the video of the old silver board found in the river! A dream find for any detectoris! HH
@clubjetty6 жыл бұрын
I am fairly new here and enjoying all of your videos, they are really so interesting. I do have a couple of questions first, I noticed that you talk a lot about finding oyster shells, my question is why are they there and how did they get there? Also why are there so many buttons to be found? Thank you for making such great videos and educating us on metal detecting!
@will-da-beast46286 жыл бұрын
I don't know if you will get to read this I know a lot of people comment can't get to them all. I never even thought about metal detecting until I started watching your videos about a year and a half ago, I've watched all your videos. I've learned a lot from watching your videos. Just wanted to say thank you and hope to get to meet you one of these days.

actually that stone tool you found in the beginning of the video was one of the blades from an indian torture table they wood have a wood bed frame and there would be hundreds of those blades glued into the wood and they wood have the prisoners lay down on it and be weighed down by rocks tied to the ankles.
