Do you think her ear monitors were off? Because she did try to recover like a pro, but the whole rendition was flawed - and I haven't seen Alyssa live yet, but from everything I know about her, this can not have been intended. She was off in pitch on her clean vocals, her timing was messy thoughout the whole song, and the volume of the recording was all over the place, too - so I imagine it must have been faulty tech, because if that was her usualy technique, I couldn't listen to her.

Finished the game and was asking myself if I'd missed the vocalist from Arch Enemy, having heard them ages ago. Googled it, and yeah: also thought clean and rough vocals were two different people. She's got some fantastic range in both modalities! Handles the missed few bars of the first chorus really well too. A shame the mix - and likely also monitoring - isn't optimal.
