By the dialogue betwen MK and CE it doesnt seem like CE fully believes that MK is behind all of this, in my view it seems like he is confused and deep down knows that he is not responsible for this, but he came to him for answears ( wich MK is not giving him any, even though he seems to know whats really happening) and the fact that CE just seems to be pissed off by the way MK is reacting to this attack ( just staying back and watching for now) with all the banter and provocations thrown around, it makes sense why would CE attack him and get the answears he needs by force

Remember WC Tatsumaki and Manga Tatsumaki are two different characters in the series. WC version: psycho and only cares about what Blast said while Manga version: strong bond with sister, less psycho and stop listening to only Blast because of her crush for Satiama. Also, I noticed how Wavygyaza and Tatsumaki are similar being powerful bratty women who could fly in the manga version so there is a chance those two will fight in the series. My guess WC Tatsumaki will come back to fight against the idol heroine after her mission.
