He and his wife Kathy filmed this on their own. Sets up three to four cameras and films each Geoff separately then does his editing magic. Like watching the behind the scenes videos of how he does it. Love everything he does along with his group VoicePlay.

no green screen in this one. just one guy who's gotten really good at video editing. (and if you didn't read the credits, it's all him - arranging, recording, singing, producing, editing. Ed Boyer does the final audio mix. His wife does help some on set, like starting/stopping the cameras, as well as helping make sure the camera angles are right.)

Yes you must check out his Accapella Group Voice Play. Every song is a hit.

Geoff also sings in a group called Voice Play which I absolutely love just as much as Geoff’s single songs. You might like their cover of Seven Nation Army

Funny thing is this video doesn't show Geoff's current range. He has since gone MUCH deeper (B0) and much high (A5). Check out his cover of "I see fire" for a better look.

Yes, Geoff does ALL of that by himself with a little help from his wife. He also is the bass singer in his acapella group VoicePlay. They cover almost every genre of music. They're based out of Orlando and work with people from Disney for many covers. They're gamers, so they cover many songs from various games. They just came out with one for Warframe; to which that company sponsored. They are extremely talented. Both channels are independent; which allows them the flexibility to cover any song they want, when they want. And, they're called the "theater kids" because of their high production acting and sets. You can't go wrong with any of their covers; either Geoff's solos or his group VP. Enjoy!

I think my 3 favorite Geoff songs are Unshaken from Red Dead redemption, I See fire from the Hobbit … and Hellfire ( which is on the Voiceplay channel, but he sings lead)…. If you aren’t up for a Voiceplay song, maybe Wicked Game from his channel.

Geoff is phenomenal. His wife, Kathy, suffers from profound hearing loss. If you watch the closed captions, you will see that he is very careful to make them more descriptive than standard, and he sometimes throws in a little humor. Just before he hit that low note near the end, the caption says (Super dramatic bend to a low F# 😃). He did a version of an old American folksong, Shenandoah. It is sweet, peaceful, and gorgeous. He also did House of the Rising Sun. He's just showing off in that one. Subscribed in anticipation of more Geoff and Voiceplay!

This a great cover! Love his bass. The original was written by Merle Travis and recorded in 1946 and released in 1947. A great song that still manages to span the decades.

I believe his wife helps him a lot with costuming and such. She’s rarely seen in the videos. Other songs? I’ll go with ‘Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold’, ‘Song of Durin’, and… oh…. ‘Ghost Riders In The Sky’.

Imo, you shouldn't wait for a patreon to request ADO - ELF. Imo, better to bring a whole bunch of new viewers to you as they search for new reactors specifically to see this song. Btw, you sing as good as Floor Jansen. I think if you cover Nightwish songs it will make people very very happy.
