What do any of these Pokemon have to do with the Atlantis? And most of them are Japanese or native American inspired...? Confusing when the main characters are Greek inspired

As for why the Phoenix is grass-type, phoenixes used herbs and spices to fuel their pyres in the original myths.

I have adored Atlantis and general mythology for years now, so this fakemon region is right up my alley. I would be Sealena (the female protagonist) with a team consisting of: Fernix (Grass/Flying) Seakura (Water/Fairy) Umbracoon (Normal/Ghost) Amphiblaze (Fire/Fighting) Alakazapp (Electric/Psychic) Charizzard (Ice/Dragon) I would also have Excaliday (Steel/Fairy) and Altean Milotic (Water/Ice) as rotations… along with whatever other Pokémon discussed in part two. I’d love to see the legends and Eeveelutions. It was a tough choice for the starter, since I really liked Meowmaid (also Water/Fairy) but I really wanted to pick Seakura.

Going with the Water Starter Kittide Meowmraid (Water/Fairy) One of my favorite typings: I have 2 different teams because there are a lot of good mons for the team but 2 mons will be staying each team The 2 Mons staying on the team will be Waxcavator (Ground/Dark) cause I want a good Ground Mon and it'll give Krookodile a run for its money and then Umbracoon (Normal/Ghost) a great typing with only 1 weakness dark Following Mons would be rotated. Team 1 Meowmraid (Water/Fairy) Waxcavator (Ground/Dark) Give Krookodile a run for its money Umbracoon (Normal/Ghost) Great typing with only 1 weakness and it'll give Hisuian Zoroark competiton Gigant (Bug/Steel) I know its 4x weak to Fire Amphiblaze (Fire/Fighting) Anonther Non Fire/Fighting starter Alakazapp (Electric/Psychic) We need another Electric/Psychic Mon besides Alola Raichu Team 2 Would Be Meowmraid (Water/Fairy) Waxcavator (Ground/Dark) Umbracoon (Normal/Ghost) Wyrmantis (Bug/Dragon) We need a Bug/Dragon type Inferellect (Fire/Psychic) I know we already have 3 Fire/Psychic Mons (1 of them being a starter and one ot them a mythical) Knightoise (Steel/Fighting) Can't compete with Lucario

I kinda like the fish seasons but i will change the autumn(altean magikarp) to water/ghost since it's base on fall/dead leaf. And since grass kinda fit to all seasons not only autumn like sawsbuck.

The Mon's I'd use Fernix Grass/Flying Meowrmaid Water/Fairy Tercellek Flying/Electric Fortressaurus Ground Panterror Electric/Dark I'm naming mine Grimmjow Seakura Water/Fairy Momijira Water/Fire A. Gyarados Water/Grass I will always have Gyarados, but come on people make it a Water/Dragon for crying out loud A. Milotic Water/Ice Yes, I would use all 4 of these Sea Serpents Dracactus Dragon/Grass Cetasama Ice/Fighting I like Orca's. I only wish they used the Native American Akhlut instead. An Akhlut is basically a Orca/Wolf Hybrid be sure to look it up Excaliday Steel/Fairy Looks badass and anything to do with King Arthur and Excalibur is awesome in my book Noctalibur Steel/Ghost Same as Excaliday, anything to do with King Arthur and Excalibur Wyrmantis Dragon/Bug Incineraptor Fire/Flying Alakazapp Electric/Psychic Charizzard Ice/Dragon It's still Charizard to me and I love it.
