Dude, do not stress abt haters. It's normal that you wonder about and talk about those things which interest YOU. Most ppl are here to hear YOUR thoughts, and you are really good at expressing them. As for those who came here to hear their own thoughts... well... they can go away at any point in time :)

I loved hearing him live at the Secret Garden Party. Please don't even bother about those trying to monitor your reactions. Your channel and your skills on display. I appreciate your curiosity. In his Patreon, he shoes himself mixing the Fred Again Mashup, which is awesome. He and Chinchilla did Chalk Outlines live during the Garden Party performance.

Also, if you want more context about the words he sang at the very end, you could react to his song called Su!ci-d-e. It's heavy, but it explains the situation he's talking about at the end there.

Try his cover of "war pigs" mashup with the big push. They are all amazing musicians. Multi- instrumentalists. Also, i think youd appreciate 'swan song' by them also.

Please dont apologize for the info. I come here because im interested in your take and any information you can teach me. Some of the fans are way too opinionated on how his songs need to be consumed, but Ren would be the last person to tell you how to be you. Great reaction.. Keep the information and personal thoughts coming. ❤

I hope the entitled/obsessed portion of Ren's fan base doesn't keep people from reacting to his music. There are people who won't go near certain artists solely because of their dramatic or aggressive fan bases. If you don't like someone being curious about the technical aspects of the song, then go to a reactor that's not a musician himself. 😊

@@gypsysouldier It’s sad how toxic some of them get. They make reactors afraid. You can tell when reactors apologize in advance or explain something that doesn’t need explaining. You know they’ve been browbeaten. I can’t stand it.

I agree. It's like Rens message about a rising tide raising all ships goes right over their head and I really dislike that part of the fan base. I'm not a musician by any standards but even I can enjoy a technical breakdown. Keep doing you, brother, much love ✌️

I love your reactions, very "slick." I love hearing information I don't know about you do that. That's what is hopping from reactor to reactor gets me, more information. I get to hear from musicians about guitar playing, vocals, etc. I'll never stop learning as long as I'm breathing.

Just a week ago Ren played a huge 4 day outdoor concert in the UK, he was one of the main attractions. He did 21 songs. He had his guest artists come on stage to sing/perform with him. A large group of American fans flew out to watch Ren and Chinchilla live in concert. I watched so much live cellphone videos, I feel like I was there. The sound guy totally screwed Ren's set. Ren said the feedback was so loud, after it never got fixed he took out his ear piece and did it the old fashion way like he did on the streets, singing by ear. Ren was pissed but nicely said (the sound engineer didn't follow the script). Perfect in practise but once the real show started it was hosed up.

Ren spends a lot of time on making beats, and recording and mixing audio, and has discussed his equipment, techniques etc in interviews and on videos in his Patreon. You've only reacted to one Big Push song so far. They have originals and covers as well. The band was a major focus for Ren for 5 years.

The Chalk Outline video is a rare one for Chinchilla because she normally wears hats with the nails. :)

💙💙💙🔥🔥🔥 #FreeSickBoi I'm sorry you got backlash but there are unfortunately people in every comment section that can't help but be negative.... I enjoy your curiosity and your take on things especially cuz I'm not a musician but I have always NEEDED music in my life.... It is interesting to see how a musician's mind works.... Don't apologize for being you! F' the negative people.... If they don't like it then they should just keep it moving - there's no need to comment negativity.

Yup. Ren said he likes to juxtapose the vocals and the guitar, so - when the vocal is dry, the guitar sound is wet, and the other way around. It is very much emphasized in his Fred Again mashup... you did that one already

Dude.. its your channel, sc😢rew the critics! You do you! This song was a tribute to his best friend Joe. When Joe Jumped; Ren blames himself for showing up late to meet him, because he knows he would have been able to save him.

Please ignore the people complaining. It was something you were curious about and it’s your channel. Both are originals.

Don't worry about obsessing about the "how" it's interesting to see how people try and work out what they're doing because it makes me see things I wouldn't otherwise notice. Lost the Midas touch... everything Midas touched turned to gold.

You focus on what captures you. I love to go to live theater and look around at the lighting set-up, watch the shadows as people run around backstage getting their props and costume pieces together, etc. I watch the play, but after years un community theater, I can't help that piece of me that stands apart and critiques the technical stuff. I love watching people whonget dragged into the emotioms and lyrics, but also musicians who analyze the vocal techniques, guitar players, filmmakers and people who tell me what mic they're using. That's why I watch a variety of people - to learn. You do you! Poop on people who think everyone fits in a box! 💩

metaphorically, in this sense, i think Midas Touch is referring to his ability to find joy in things. classically, it was the king that turned everything he touched into gold.

Do Crutch for some super heavy guitar! Its stunning. Also dip into more rap w/ Power; Losing It; Illest of Our Time and Genesis. Also Ren's Love Music 1 to 4 are brillant and tjink you'd appreciate the hilarious 1990s and What You Want. 😊❤

Ditto on the comments about the haters. There are a couple of audio engineers that stop the song and pull out a particular section in real time. Its so interesting to learn what is behind the final product. I know that is where you are coming from. 👍❤️

Meh...I enjoy the crap out of your Ren reactions - anyone who doesn't can move along, no? I like the stream of consciousness approach that you use.
@MsCheesemonster133 ай бұрын
If you don’t like a particular reactor, then the best thing you can do is go elsewhere, and if you think that you can do better, then create your own channel and put your money where your mouth is. There is no need to post unpleasant comments just because you can - it’s spiteful and cowardly. If you are going to be obnoxious, nobody is going to take any notice of you anyway. I don’t know if this is particular to Ren’s fan-base because I’m only interested in a few artists, but most KZbin channels that I’ve checked out seem to have a fair share of really aggressive, critical or “strange” people posting on them. It’s pretty widespread but, of course, that does not make it acceptable. ☹️
@toniyoung51313 ай бұрын
In my experience, the Ren fanbase are less aggressive than many other fans, I think the the aggressive ones stand out more because the vast majority who love Ren and his music are far more peaceful than others.
