Dimash was offered a job as an opera singer, but he turned it down. He doesn’t want to be boxed in … he wants to do it all - and HE CAN!!

That was also a 23-second run at the end of the song...incredible breath control. btw: The man in the white shirt, giving Dimash the standing ovation, is Igor Krutoy, the famous Russian-Ukrainian composer, who, after witnessing this performance, came out of retirement, and began composing for Dimash. They have become a tremendously successful team. If you haven't already, you might check out "Stranger", "Ogni Pietra" ("Olimpico" w/ Igor Krutoy), "Ave Maria" (new version) and "Love is Like a Dream" (an old Krutoy composition brought back to life). Liking your posts.

@@stellamarina. Actually it is traditional Kazakh singing. Dimash is singing a short Kazakh lament to honor the original singer of this song -- the lead singer for the Kazakh group A Studio (who accompanies him in this their orignal song) who died.

Originally this song was sung in two octaves and Dimash takes it to 5 Octaves Vocal Range). In addition, he added the final part, with a guttural oriental technique (where he makes a particular sound by rapidly vibrating his voice, and with this voice he directs his gaze upward and then points with his hand downward because he was honoring the original singer of whom he was a fan) . The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia. In this 2018 performance Dimash meets the famous Ukrainian-Russian composer, pianist and billionaire Igor Krutoy who is the man in a white shirt in the first final who stands up to applaud him and who was retired and who returns from his retirement for Dimash, since he was the voice he had always been waiting for for his music, from there begins a friendship and collaboration of many more successes with Dimash- Greetings from Panama.

Dimash doesn't confine himself to any one technique or style of singing nor does he confine himself to just any genre of music . He does it all. Dimash is doing to music what Bruce Lee did to martial arts " have no way as way - no limitation as limitation "

For those who like information about Dimas' songs: Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poetess Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the long-haired keyboardist, who we see in the video that accompanies Dimash. Hugs from Brazil! Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than twelve(12) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. Thank you for reacting the video from his channel but too bad you didn’t react to the video to the end. There you could have seen a little humble speech after the performance. These middle easter sound (melisma) he does in one or another song. It’s really awesome. The thing with the flowers has something to do with respect for the artist. It's a cultural thing. The audience listens to a performance without yelling or screaming that the artist can no longer be heard. No sound may be missing. In return, they then shower Dimash with flowers and gifts. That's the norm there. He then always donates the flowers to hospitals, retirement homes or similar institutions. Wow, 23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. Unbelievable. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2018. This is an international contest for young performers founded by Igor Krutoy in 2002. Dimash sang here as a guest. This song was in Russian, a language he speaks fluently. The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. He has come out of retirement to work with Dimash. True masterpieces were created. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. If possible, always watch the videos to the end. Very often there are interesting things to learn. Either there’s something to laugh about, or he’s talking to his audience. He always thanks his musicians. He is incredibly humble and never acts like a star. When he is praised, he constantly says that it is thanks to his teachers and his parents, who made it all possible for him. He’s just incredible. In this case he thanked the band A-Studio. It’s a Kazakh band who wrote this song. However, Dimash sang it differently. And in my opinion, much better 😄. If you like some really great fancam versions then I recommend the one from the Moscow concert: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6mvmaqce6uIh9U Or another one from the Arnau concert: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3uonXp-Z82kq9k They are all a bit different Please react to Olimpico from his Arnau concert in 2019 next. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺. I swear it is mind-blowing 🤯 kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpyzhGmqbZmknZY Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

In that brief yodel moment, in western classical music is called a caprino but, there is a Kazakh version called a different name. What he is doing is singing the initial notes with his actual vocal folds and the in between note is achieved with the note using his breath.

In one of your previous reaction to Dimash (Stranger) you said that you like epic songs. In that case you MUST listen another Dimash epic performance - Olympico. I recommend the video with title "Dimash Kudaibergen & Igor Krutoy - Olimpico" because beside of Dimash it also shows the stage around him. There are other variants from fans but they have worse sound and don't show much of the stage. Even the official video on his channel is not so impressive. Sorry for my English.

This is a cover of Sinful Passion originally by A´Studio. The bass and the piano players were part of that band and the second was one of the songwiters. 7:40 the greeting/farewell to the spirits inherited from Turkic/Tengrenist traditions in certain muslim tribes in the ancient Turan to pay homage to the ancestors and spirits of nature. In Spanish I know it as "hammering vibrato" or "glottal vibrato". In Iran I heard they call it "che-che". It is not yodeling but an ethnic technique relative to yodeling but needs more control on the notes you sing than in yodeling. 3:50 SO DIFFICULT songs that make the singers cry - 2 (ENG SUBS) kzbin.info/www/bejne/rmSoiHWaYpaGa80

This song was originally done by a group called A Studio. Unfortunately the lead singer for a studio had passed away. His bandmates are accompanying dimash on this song. He talks about it in the end. The chanting that dimash does at the end of this song is a tribute to pay homage to the lead singer who had passed away. This is a tradition in his country of Kazakhstan when someone dies

Another thing we need to discuss if it comes to dimash: gills. Im mean... we all know that alien theory. But if he is or not.... he sure has gills, right? How else could you explain such a long tone like here? 😉😉😉😉

The thing I hate about your Dimash reaction videos is that I tend to click the like button and put it in my favorite Dimash reaction playlist too early. I usually watch them all to the end before doing that. Thanks for being sincere with your reactions. Greetings 🇲🇾❤

You should always watch Dimash videos to the end. You miss a lot by not doing that.

I think it was the heat in that room that caused me to skip it this time. Even the fan wasn't able to address the current heatwave :P. I'm sorry

You really was looking shocked, like you had fallen down from the moon. Which songs have been blocked? So we know what not to suggest. My recommendation is Olimpico. Adagio from the Singer. Know. War and Peace
