I was 10 when The Black Album was released and I remember my older brother playing it. This was probably the first time I heard metal/hard rock and really felt moved by it. It inspired me to listen to not only Metallica’s back catalog at that time but also got me into metal in such a big way. So in a sense this was THEE song that started my metal obsession 🤟🏻🤟🏻
