I loved this recipe Kirby!! All fresh ingredients and all in one pan (except for the refrieds but they can be a dish all of their own.) It looked so delicious when you were tucking away that first bite I felt so jeolous... LoL.

i made that the other day with the same veggies but i put a little worcestershire sauce and beef stock along with fire roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce and let it simmer and it came out so tender and delicious thanks for the video carnal

I do it often also, its one of those quick and easy breakfasts. Serve with beans and tortillas. Its always comforting. We did Becky, it was much needed from the busy schedule we have and got the kids out of the house. They have been cooped up since March. Thank you Becky, stay safe my friend.
