I can't wait to cook this! I absolutely LOVE your videos! I've followed you for a few years now and have learned so much! I'm from West Texas, I'm Caucasian and my husband is Hispanic and Native American. Of course, growing up in Texas we LOVE our Tex Mex and traditional Mexican foods. But I never could get anyone to show me how to cook anything or even make fresh tortillas. I'm proud to say that I now can make fresh tortillas, chicken tomatillo soup and so much more from following you and another KZbinr that I call "Abuelita. " 😄 I told my daughter that when I watch your videos, it's like I'm hanging out with a Tia at her house for the weekend and you're showing me how to cook. 😂 So you're known around my home as the "Tia" that I learn to cook from. And I'm also so proud to say that my husband gave me one of the biggest compliments of my life recently. He came home from work, smelled one of your recipes I was cooking, and told me that the smell and taste reminded him of his Grandmother's cooking when he was growing up. It meant so much to me!! Sorry for writing a book lol, but I had to let you know that I'm a better cook for my family because you took the time to "teach me" through your videos when no one else would.
