I live about 2 hours from Mexico border so we eat a lot of Mexican food. I can tell you this looks pretty much what we eat.... we don't put carrots and peas in ours though. Not saying its a bad thing because it looks like it would be delicious.

Hello mam I really love your cooking .. I always keep following on your cooking recipes.. I have one request for u.. could please cook mughalai chicken biriyani for us.. once I had that in a hotel it was so tasty but I don't know the steps to cook .. they had sprinkled eggs in the gravy the chicken was nicely fried it was so spicy tasty gravy and then the rice was cooked with less masalas like kuska .. when the gravy is added to rice it was so delicious.. could you please cook it for us.. thank you mam 🙏 keep going
