Road going class so brakes have to be standard except for pads. The good news is I don’t have to brake much!!

Suggest you change to a dual system. Had a rear slave cylinder piston pop out

Yes your pedal pivot bolt has seized. You need to take pedal box out and take it a part to free up the pedals on the bolt
