Hello thank you for the tutorial but I have only a slight problem with the navigation, after I input a destination and press go, my position doesn’t change, I am always at my start point and not moving at all. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Jerry, 1. What to do - sometimes the radio frequency is off for your favourite station? 2. What to do - sometimes the message on the screen keeps on repeating "synchronization succeeded" 3. Can I use voice command even if I am just connected through bluetooth (not android auto)? 4. Does the navigation system know traffic jam areas like in google maps?

Hi Jerry, Thank you for the great video. I have two questions that my sales agent could not answer: 1: I changed the wheels to winter but the pressure was not regulated in the system so I get a constant fault message. I could not find how to program the new pressure in the system and my vendor claims that is should be automatic (it is not). 2: I listen a lot to audiobooks which are quite long (USB) and each time I park the car, I have to search for the position where it left off. Is it possible to save the position so that the track resumes automatically? Thank You in advance for your feedback Best Regards Frank

Hey Jerry, do you know where USB2 is physically located as (shown at 28:03) ? I would like to have a flash stick connected as well as my phone for Android Auto. Nice vids btw, the hidden features ones really helped.

Thanks for the comment. It might be the USB Type C by the standard USB but I'm not sure.

It is the same screen size but different system. You can search on AliExpress for screen protector. Not many people use it though. It definitely will affect the touch sensitivity.

Jerry, my Trophy Connect model has arrived set to German, i can see the language option on this video but my lay out is not the same. Under the brightness bar i have theme options and then time options but no language option.

Yes, the German version is different from New Zealand.

It might be an e-Sim but I'm not 100% sure. No other internet connectivity apart from iSmart App. No wifi option.

Not over the air update. You can update it though an online website using a USB stick.

It should work regardless of what driving mode you are on. Maybe time to talk to your dealership for a check?

I wish that i would be somehow, able to go through a tree of folders under the USB option and choose a song of my liking. Unfortunately its not possible on the MG ZS EV.When the USB is plugged, its a list of 3000 songs and the trouble is now for the owner of the vehicle to make to select his song from the haystack!. Hope MG ZS infotainment people rectify this error through an update. Thanks.

In the MG ZS EV, in the unfortunate event that the 12V battery were to die/run out of juice, is there an inbuilt feature for the 51KWH battery to jump start the 12V battery and get the motor engine running?. I know the Hyundai IONIQ Sedan Hybrid has this feature.Does the MG ZS EV have similar feature?. Amongst the 51KWH & the 12v battery on the MG ZS EV, who takes the responsibility of providing "Start" function to the EV?. Can u answer please?. Thanks.

Hi just recieved mg zs ev trophy but the sat nav is in what looks like night mode can not get colour map like google maps no one can seem to help me yet in the tutorial it is in colour, plus my voice command does not work on steering wheel, can anyone help please.

You can change brightness to auto in settings -- general. voice command only works when Apple Carplay or Android Auto connect. Check my relate video in the channel

Navigation Problem: After you input a destination and press go, the navigation screen position doesn’t change It stays at the "Start Point" and does not move. Fix: - You need to turn off "Dead Reckoning". - When you have done so, press the "Home Button" down until the screen switches off - The screen will restart and "Dead Reckoning" will be disabled - Here is a video (not me) on how to find "Dead Reckoning" and switch it off (disable it) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hn6soWucaL-fbLM

Very helpful! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Q: Is there a way to set up the display so that it will power off when shutting down the vehicle? Only way I can work out how to turn off the display is by locking the car...

Thanks for the comment. 3 ways: 1. Lock the car. 2. Push and hold home button for 5 seconds. 3. Leave it and it will automatically shut off after 10 mins.
