The Parasite suit doesn't get you any advantage in the battlefield whatsoever, but that was some fancy gameplay. You're pretty good!

Even with the parasite suit on i didnt take a single enemy hit, the only i took being my own mortar at 02:01. So having the suit on or off doesn't make a difference lol. i tried doing this with the snake eater outfit, but the AA gun i extracted wasnt available after my first playthrough.

Two questions 1st: Is there new game plus? Second: Can i replay the entire game from zero?

There is no NG+ but you can continue to free roam after you've 100%ed it, the game constantly has new side missions on rotation which are mundane tasks but you can play the entire game from zero the game is divided into missions and you can at any point in time choose whatever mission you want and replay it.
