Gotta say I love watching your videos. Haven't watched in awhile and have gotten back into magic arena and easily my favorite magic videos out there

You may never read this, but your chat lied to you. When you cook with any meat, you want it to be room temp when you toss that bad boy on your heat source, especially things that you're cooking at extremely hot temps (like a burger or a steak). This is so that it heats the meat evenly (and the center isn't overly cold). So if you buy ground beef at 10AM to cook at 7PM, you probably don't need to refrigerate it (if you're going to use ALL of it). It's not enough time for bacteria to really build up on it. At the very least, pull your meat out 30 min before you cook with it. But yes, if you want to eat the other half of your ground beef at a later date, it's perfectly fine to plastic wrap it and chuck it in the fridge. It'll stay for about a week, depending on how cold your fridge is and how well you wrapped it. It can last almost indefinitely in the freezer, but the quality goes down. Freezing meat breaks down the cell walls, reducing flavor.

Made a budget version of this deck yesterday and rose from low gold to mid plat within two days. Had a lot of fun playing this so far and it seems to destroy pretty much every aggro deck I've played against (including boros, mono white, angels, gates, elementals, vampires...). Even beat a few control decks. Loving it. Thanks.

Any suggestions for budget substitutions?
@monodescarado5 жыл бұрын
@@TarynMCV OK, so here is a complete list of my deck. I know some of them are not 100% budget and you might need to use wildcards or switch some of them out. But, this combination so far has won me about 90% of my games in the last several days - and the losses have mostly come from bad draws. It just answers so many questions. Lands: 7 Swamp, 7 Forest, 4 Jungle Hollow, 1 Overgrown Tomb, 2 Cryptic Caves >> there's only 21 here but I've found myself frequently having too much. The caves also are good for sacrificing when you have too much mana but are low on cards. Creatures: 2 Vampires of the Dire Moon, 4 Llanowar Elves, 1 Paradise Druid >> the vampires give us something to put out early and really annoy strong opponent’s cards without flying or trample. The Elves and Druid are key to getting out early and leading into the Chupacabras. 3 Audacious Thief >> very useful for drawing cards, definitely want to look to attack with them, even when they might die. >> more cards = more removal 2 Embodiment of Agonies >> this adds an aerial threat similar to the vampires. In the early game, just a +1/+1 card can deter mid-strong opponent’s flying cards. In the mid to end game, they get much stronger. 4 Tishana’s Wayfinder >> Generally just useful. Cheap enough to get out on turn 2 or 3. Can help put lands into your hand and, when they don’t, become 3/3 - which is an early threat on the board. 4 Ravenous Chupacabra >> These are the bread and butter of the deck. As you’ll be putting these out in turn 4 or 5, this will be when your opponent is also starting to build their presence. Removing an enemy's turn 4 or 5 creature and getting something on the board at the same time is fantastic. Try to rotate these from your graveyard. 2 Golgari Finder, 1 Storrev, Devkarin Lich >> These are useful for getting creatures like the Chupacabra back into your hand and stopping your hand from emptying 1 Underrealm Lich >> very good for getting the right card for what you need in certain situations (note: she usually gets cc/murdered pretty quick, but if you have life to burn, you can keep her alive) Planeswalkers: 2 Nissa, Who Shakes the World >> As so much of your hand is removal, Nissa is super good for getting creatures on the board without having to take them from your hand. She also lets you reuse a land for mana - allowing you to occasionally get one extra spell out. The lands she creates have vigilance and haste too. Also, with all your removal spells, the opponent hopefully won’t have much left on the board to stop Nissa getting up to 9 to use her ult ability. Disclaimer.. putting out lots of lands as creatures does put us at risk of being board wiped and losing all our mana. However, if you can keep Nissa on the board for 3 rounds before this happens, you can use her ult to get the rest of forests in your deck back on the battlefield. 1 Vraska, Regal Gorgon >> Another opportunity for removal. And she can buff your other creatures. Removal: 2 Legion’s End >> super good for an early cheap removal. Opponents often have more than one of a cheap creature, so you might have the chance to get a few cards from their hand too. Also lets you see what the opponent has and plan which removal cards you will use in later turns. 2 Plummets >> We don’t have much of an aerial threat, so these can be useful 1 Assassin’s Trophy >> Gives the opponent land, but if the game is going well for you, the opponent will likely have a ton of mana anyway, not many card on the battlefield, and none in their hand… so an extra mana later in the game doesn’t do anything for them. 2 Natural End >> useful removal of artifacts and enchantments - especially useful against Control decks 2 Deathsprout >> removal and land for you.. awesome 1 Casualties of War >> Really knocks the wind out of an opponent Other cards: 1 Ill-gotten Inheritance >> little bit of extra damage + healing 1 Pulse of Murasa >> extra healing + bring back card from graveyard Hope this helps

Just wanted to say that as someone who has had multiple panic attacks that started after my father passed that you may not consciousnessly make the connection but being close to or near something like that will make the most random sensations convince you that you are dying. For me it was a very mild occasional arythmia that I never noticed had me convinced my heart was just stopping or that I had a heart condition and I was going to die. Went to the ER a few times convinced of this. As a doc told me, post traumatic stress isn't just for soldiers, mild or equally severe forms can come from many things... sometimes it triggers panic attacks and then fades, sometimes it never goes away, either way, a good therapist can do wonders. Take care of your mental health ppl!

Hey man, just started watching your channel. I have anxiety attacks on the regular as a result of GAD. They blow, but the best thing you can do for yourself is to try and focus on something else. It can turn into a whirlwind of anxiety if you think about the anxiety and then you get even more anxious about the anxiety itself. It compounds on itself if your mind isn't in the right place. The biggest thing that helps me is remembering that it's technically just a chemical reaction in my brain telling me that I'm not okay with current events and that they always pass. Hopefully you won't experience another any time soon, but if you do, I hope this helps you.

Probably would be best if you had linked to later in the video, around 1:28:00. Would show 3 minions and the effects that Ulting Vivan Reed would have done then. I was very confused at the timestamp you posted because it showed 20 blockers at that time.

Panic attacks aren't fun. People make light of them and I never really took them seriously either until I had a three myself. Lots of stress plus bad things happening in my life created a situation where, for whatever reason, I literally thought I was dying. Your body reacts exactly as if you were in real mortal danger. Just pure, actual, intense terror.

I firmly didn’t believe in them growing up. Then I got sick, had a few surgeries, had to figure out how to pay for it, and boom. Panic attacks. They suck man. I hate them

If you don't like it, just play to counter it. Nothing feels much better than absolutely trouncing a meta deck you hate, even if you lose to everything else.
