For me fatalis (all of them except whites armor mode) their weakness was their face and the akantor bow. With white fatalis I had to make a basarios cluster/crag spam HBG set to cut through armor mode.

I was doing the GRank event one, no repels so I needed to be agressive (playing with LS too) and I didn't know how to avoid the thunderbolts, the pattern seemed pretty random to me, but now I've seen this video and doing the trick of staying in front of his right leg and BOOM, done it solo with 7 min reimaining and no carts (and without guts). So yes! It is possible to solo even the event one. In case anyone is wondering I was wearing full ceanataur Z with Lao sword (the red, G Rank version one) with the skills Sharpness+1, Sharp Sword, Bomber, Reckless Abandon+1 and Defense-40 (lol). The key is to bring the alchemy book and the Felyne Bomber skill + Bomber, so you can have 27 LBB+ and get easily through his armor mode, the rest is using the tactics of this video. Thank you so much for your video, it helped me a lot, I hope my experience can help others too :)

damn very nice, doing my calcs it appears you can do a lot more damage with the lao shan sns, focusing on dragon damage, but if you can do with pure raw at 20% hitzone that works too! very nice vid

Don't you need alchemy to make large barrels using ivy and med monster bone? In my psp its in the alchemy sections.

I have the Alchemy Guide in my inventory at 0:40, it lets me do alchemy combinations without the armor skill. The granny peddler by the gathering hall will give it to you once you complete all of the Alchemy combinations.

Yeah, I mean, it'll help a lot unfortunately. I've avoided using specific felyne chef buffs because of how inconsistent they are compared to armor skills and stuff, but it's just really good for this hunt.

0:09 I'm trying so hard to get gunpowder to the point where I got the 2 other skills from the cat with gunpowder has 3 times now WITHOUT GETTING GUNPOWDER ONCE. I have been sitting here for like 40 minutes now trying to get it -_- Edit-Make that 4 times.I got the cat with the gunpowder skill to activate each skill but gunpowder 4 times. I JUST WANT THAT 1 SKILL BRO.

Yeah, it's a big reason I've used Adrenaline+2 instead of Heroics for a few videos, and why I only eat for Meat + Veggies for the HP and Stamina buff it gives.

You can check specifics on the MHFU wiki, but, at least for High Rank, I explain it in my other Fatalis videos, if you want to know: monsterhunter.fandom.com/wiki/Guild_Quest_List_(MHFU) Basically, to unlock Crimson Fatalis you need to kill 1 Fatalis, for White Fatalis you need to kill a bunch of elder dragons (I still had to kill lunastra a couple of times actually) as well as three Fatalis, one of which has to be a Crimson Fatalis. I think it's kinda cool, it's like Fatalis prepares you for C. Fatalis, and C. Fatalis prepares you for W. Fatalis. Neat.

wait WHAT people are still playing MHFU? I have like 1.5k hours on this game, me n the boyz smashed it for years. Hammer main for life. We also all held a personal grudge against G rank Black Gravios so we sat down one evening and farmed him until every one of us had the full set and whichever weapons we wanted so we'd never have to try to solo him haha.

Thanks! No I didn't use any textures, I just upscaled the game. That being said, the cutscene section is from Frontier, which does have better textures. The music is also from MH4U 😊 You should play it! It's fun 🙂 I hope you enjoy yourself 😄

oh it was debunked that Bouncing lowers your damage as long as you're Green or higher sharpness your damage will deal as much as when you're not bouncing the bouncing = damage reduced to 10% is not true

You will approx only deal 1/3rd of your damage (caus you can't... COMBO WATSON YOU CAN NOT) so your motion value will always be at your one attack :(
