I bought the DVD and watched it the other night. I am appalled that anyone could shoot a lion as a trophy. I am an American and I am ashamed that Americans are involved in this practice. I could not shoot anything. Not even for food. I guess I should give up all meat. I couldn’t shoot a deer, a mountain lion, an elk, a bison, etc. I am an avid supporter of Kevin Richardson and his sanctuary. He is an amazing person and his relationships with lions are absolutely amazing. White lions are only found in a small area of the Kruger National Park in South Africa callled Timbavati. As Daniah said, there are only seven wild lions in Timbavati. There are about 700 white lions in captivity. People need to wake up and realize that our planet is dying. We need all the animals to keep the ecosystem healthy. Lions are apex predators and if they cease to exist, everything else will go. Lions keep the herbivore populations in check. They only take what they need to survive. Lions are charismatic creatures, they are very majestic and WE NEED THEM TO SURVIVE SO WE CAN SURVIVE. All big cats are endangered. People need to realize that without them, we will not exist. God did not create animals so we humans could shoot them and make trophies out of them.

I watched this film last night. And I thought it was beautiful. And the scenery was so beautiful. And the kids in the movie were so good . the Acton outstanding I loved it all the animals were amazing. I just love watching Africa . I could watch it all day. I wish I lived in Africa. I would have loved to have lived in Africa as a kid what an experience that would have been. Oh well I Can Dream thank you for the video

I've just watched it. I've never been so stressed out over a movie, no joke. Such an amazing interspecies bond and an accurate portrayal of human stupidity, but it was kinda just too real for my heart, so I had to take a break and go lie down for a bit. Normally I would tell myself it's just a story, but in this case I wouldn't dare deny such a reality.

I loathe canned hunting and it makes me embarrassed to be an American. I had already heard most trophy hunters are rich Americans. I can hardly wait to see the film here in America on April 12th.

The only error of the film was that "Daniah de Villiers" wasn't casted being in her age.

Story of South Africa and African lions but he chose to go with an all white casting. He also gives his lions "white" names. White visitors to his ranch are also treated different from NATIVE African visitors. People should know that this guy is racist.

cause they give the support and maybe cause the poachers are black. LOL. I actually noticed that blacks are 100 times more racist than whites in south Africa. I know cause I grew up there. The white people in SA is fed up with the in your face racism from the blacks everyday.

If you don't actually know Kevin, don't judge him. He didn't write or direct the film. He helped choose the young actress in the movie, but not the whole cast. Kevin didn't name all the lions in his care. Other people named many of the lions when he worked at the Lion Park in Johannesburg, South Africa. Many do have African names. One of Kevin's closest colleagues is Rodney Nombekana. He is also the ambassador of the Kevin Richardson Foundation. Always try to find the good in people. Especially if you do not actually know someone. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. God bless you.

Kevin used to have Rodney Nombekana (who is south african) as his colleague? They were just seperated because Kevin had to move the animals into a new facility. If you watched "Lions On The Move" you would know why. I follow the posts from IG about the Kevin Richardson Foundation and I've seen pictures and videos of him interacting with tourists from different countries. Asians, there was even a photo where he copied the asian girl's peace sign with a big genuine smile on his face. If he really was racist, do you think he would do that? Please spare us from the stupidity and ignorance. Bring your salty ass elsewhere.

And also, Kevin was a part of this movie because the lions in the movie was in his care. And he had to coach Daniah with her interactions with Thor. Kevin was involved because his job was to keep Daniah, the lion and everyone else safe. He has *absolutely nothing* to do with the casting. So *stop* making up stories and sit your salty ass down. Also, if there were directors who would reach out to him about a film involving the lions with South African casting or any race for that matter. I know for sure that he would accept it.
