Being in and from Japan, a MASTER sushi chef can take up 30 years and still learn new things! First few years, they are only allowed to wash rice! Anyway, 2 months is okay Im sure for grocery departments etc. But want a Hiro serving me! Also, wanted Hiros opinion about that roll🤔

Hi kitty!! Thats true real sushi masters take a long time as what you said. But this is more american version of sushi. This is what most people here in america are familiar of and what they usually like. Ive been to japan and the freshness and quality of the ingredients is not even close to american sushi but its good to try new things and i also like american sushi for its creativity and it tastes good too.
