i have seen them knock down some fairly decent looking houses but for some reason the owner does not want it if the foundation is cracked or the frame of the house is rotten then its makes sense if those things are good why not fix it up i don't like how some people who have money to burn do some very strange things they get to thinking i am the second most high to almighty god im going to do what the hell i want and they will knock down a mansion to build a bigger one............................. from what i can see at the beginning there s nothing wrong with that house it needs some T L C and someone to live in it i could make it into something nice when i was dune you would say your kidding me that is that old piece of junk that you bought for $4000 and its now appraised at $90.000

People today cannot see the beauty in old things . My house is 160 years old and I love it . It's an old farm house that was fixed up . I'm sure the next owner will tear it down to build something bigger on it ,or maybe row homes on the land . So sad
