I’ve been there. In my opinion, it was Mica speaking out so soon - speaking publicly at all - that sealed her fate. Narcissists cannot have that. They must remove that threat to everything they are, to their fake facade. Mica was threatening not only JP, the husband, but his church - his livelihood, his ‘holy’ public persona. Any man or woman who is a victim of such ab*se must remove themselves safely. Collect as much hard evidence as you can quietly, then get far far away, with good people surrounding you…and keep quiet. For a long time. Go to law enforcement or an attorney with your case but do not speak out on social media or to anyone but your trusted circle. According to the public docket, Mica's first attorney, Amber Ward, filed for Divorce on October 9, 2023 with Mica as the Plaintiff. Reports online say Mica was admitted "involuntarily" to Waccamaw Behavioral Health in Conway, SC around February 8, 2024. The "Divorce" action was dismissed through the filing of a "Consent Order" in Horry County Family Court on February 13, 2024, meaning both Mica's attorney and Defendant JP Miller's attorney had to agree to the dismissal. Since Mica considered the February 2024 stay at Waccamaw "involuntary," it seems she was persuaded/pressured to go, but ultimately went voluntarily. If her stay had been truly "involuntary" there would have been a hearing or some kind of Court Order and that would've been in SC Probate Court, not SC Family Court. Plus, an involuntary commitment should have prevented Mica from purchasing a gun only weeks later. Case #2 was filed in Horry County Family Court for "Separate Support & Maintenance" on February 23, 2024 with J. P. Miller as the Plaintiff. J.P. Miller appears to have been represented by attorney Brana Williams, another well-known (ominous) name in these parts. This action may be improperly coded as it's unclear what support or relief J.P. Miller might've sought since he reportedly controlled all assets and there were no custody issues. Case #2 ended when a "Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice" which was filed March 12, 2024. Again, both parties had to agree to the dismissal to forego a hearing. Case #3 was filed by attorney Regina Ward with Mica as the Plaintiff on April 16, 2024. According to the public portal, this filing was for "Separate Support & Maintenance," NOT "Divorce." A Hearing Notice was filed April 23, 2024 with a date set for June 5, 2024. Notably, the time limitation to schedule a Temporary Hearing in SC Family Court is 4 weeks. Notably, though Regina Ward states her grave concerns for Mica Miller in this video, Ward did NOT manage to file for a Protective Order, Emergency Relief, or any number of things she might have done to protect her client. She DID manage to have hundreds of custom t-shirts and banners printed and distributed only days after Mica's reported passing. Ward also managed to include plugs for her law firm on the front of the t-shirts which were prominently displayed in photos online. According to online reports, J.P. Miller was served papers 2 days before Mica's death April 27, 2024. Based on my personal experience, Ward could have served a needlessly inflammatory Complaint and Motion her client never read on a narcissistic spouse with a hair-trigger temper. If I were Ward's only victim, I'd consider whether she might've represented Mica's best interest. Unfortunately, there are many of us (including our children) who have been tortured, victimized, utterly annihilated by Regina Ward et al. There is no good reason Mica's sister should be locked in litigation with J.P. Miller in Family Court. I'm not an attorney, but I can read. I can't find any precedent for this litigation continuing under Domestic Relations. The only parties who benefit here are the attorneys and J.P. Miller. Ward has now added Solid Rock Church as a Third-Party Defendant, which reportedly means the church will have its own attorney. More filings. More legal fees. More Discovery. In this video, Ward is also recommending a separate civil litigation (she did the same with me). This spreads the wealth to more attorneys on both sides and creates more opportunities to exhaust and confuse Ms. Francis in another legal forum while bleeding SR Church through legal fees and whatever other real estate Ward might manage to attach. J.P. Miller wins because he clearly knows the routine. As long as the money flows to the attorneys, the attorneys will make sure he controls all funds. Ward can also collect and manage any paperwork that might prove problematic in the future. Again, if this had only happened to my family, I wouldn't be so bold in my statements, but it has happened to countless families. It will continue to happen without intervention. These are all well-established protocols in Horry County and South Carolina Family Courts statewide. If you're reading this Regina Ward, there's no need to play the victim (I recall your "How dare you!?" reaction to the complaint now scrubbed from the BBB site in which "Cynthia" described you working with the opposing attorney and throwing her, your own client, under the bus). Perhaps you will consider getting out of the way this time and letting law enforcement attempt to hold criminals accountable? Perhaps you will allow Mica's family to seek true justice and leave them to grieve in peace? A girl can dream.

Yes, and Brian Laundrie. When you’ve known that narcissistic/psychopathic type who lacks remorse but can be cordial or charismatic to the world, you instantly recognize it. There are different levels, but they all use gaslighting, manipulation and intimidation to brainwash you and drive you insane. All while the rest of the world generally sees them as stable and you as unhinged. They equally manipulate others to see them as amazing and their victim as troubled, not explaining the chronic trauma they caused to bring that out of the victim. In this way, they gain supporters and validators, while the abused person becomes more isolated, more mentally ill (because their good nature has been used against them to believe they are the problem) more dependent and can even become su i ci dal, (YT censorship) as they are brainwashed into believing they are beyond flawed, at their core. Even if a part of the victim somewhere knows it is wrong to be treated as such, they have this constant battle of believing what they were conditioned to believe, and the reality telling them this is abuse. This is likely why Mica was appearing strong and ready to move on, but easily drawn back in by fear and by the YEARS of conditioning that started when she was a vulnerable youth. He wouldn’t just let her go, even though he had a side piece. I mean, he has had her COMMITTED to a mental hospital! He probably threatened to frequently, along with other threats, to keep her from moving on. The fact that she felt no other congregation would want to take her in should show the level she was broken down to, by mental, spiritual and emotional abuse. Look into cults and the manipulation used to get intelligent people to believe the bizarre. This is a similar psychological ravaging and overhaul. This is reminiscent of Gabby Petito taking the brunt of the fault in that police bodycam footage, after she was likely pushed and pushed. Meanwhile, Brian looks cool as a cucumber and pleasant and cooperative. Having suffered similarly for years, I could see it for what it was. Not every psycho uses their own hands to eliminate or hires out hits. Some break a person down, so that poor soul will take themselves out. Sometimes this is the goal. While other times this slow push can be unintentional consciously, as the perpetrator convinces themselves (not just others, which is partly why they are so believable) of this skewed reality, and that every (abusive) word and (abusive) action on their part is justified. These people, even if they don’t eliminate or cause one to eliminate themselves, is a danger. They crush a person and that person’s potential. They use up their life-force, like a parasite, or energy vampire.

My childs father has done the same to me. He kidnapped my daughter last year. I've been fighting as hard as I can for her. He paid off the judge. I'm trying another route. He wants me dead as well. There is no help. None. If they have money and you dont, you're effed. Completely. Shelters, police, no. No help. You leave, you are on your own especially if you are like me and have no family. They can do whatever they want to you and nothing will happen to them. I have every single piece of evidence. So much proof. They wont even look at it. Its devastating. I will be this woman next. You can’t blame the family. I had a friend that I had known since grade school who just kept going back and going back and the guy is such a loser and treated her like dirt but she would rather be in a fake loveless marriage than to face I guess being alone or what she feels would make her look like a social misfit not being married. They get brainwashed and the yelling and psychological beating is so awful and the fear they cause makes you feel like you have nowhere to go. They isolate you and turn everyone against you and they lie and say you’re crazy just like what he is doing. In the end, you have to be really strong because you usually lose everyone if not through the smear campaign, then through the drama created. People don’t want to hear about it and they don’t want to be around the drama all the time so they pull away. It’s a crime for sure. It’s invisible abuse though. It’s the kind of abuse where it’s so cruel most people can’t believe it’s even happening. The abuse is also very subtle. People can break you right in front of others and those who watch won’t see anything wrong. Imagine for example you’re 15 or 20 pounds overweight. Maybe someone gives you a gift and tells you how much you’re going to love the gift and when you open it it’s a piece of clothing that’s four times smaller than what your size is. It’s four times smaller and they knew it was four times smaller and that you wouldn’t be able to fit but that’s their way of fat shaming you. If you speak up, they’ll deny it and act innocent and call you paranoid or crazy. It’s things like that 24 hours seven days a week. It’s the kind of abuse that you really can’t prove and that no one else can see except you and your tormentor and your abuser. It’s disgusting and it’s evil and it’s intentional and it’s done to break you. They call and Facebook people that you care about and they say things like “I am so worried about so and so because we know that she’s doing drugs and drinking behind closed doors and we just don’t know what to do” They will convince people that you love that you have been trashing them behind your back even when you have not. They are experts at taking elements of truth And spinning lies out of that truth. It’s almost hard to describe and that’s why no one believes it’s real until they have experienced it themselves. It takes years to heal the mind and the body and the soul. Breaking free from these kinds of people is the first step, but it’s not the hardest step. The hardest step is when you leave, and you’re still trying to get their cruelty out of your mind which is nearly impossible. They lie and they lie and they gaslight and they gaslight. They will move your keys that you just put on the counter and when you go looking for them and you know, they moved your keys. They will deny it and call you crazy.they are horrible people. I hope God brings this to light and uses this case as a way to bring awareness to narcissistic abuse syndrome and how people suffer so greatly at the hands of these monsters.

Trust me. The attorney, Regina Ward, is as bad or worse than JP Miller. According to the public index, Regina Ward shared an office with Sandye Hicks, JP Miller's attorney when he divorced his first wife. Regina Ward never should have represented Mica. It's a violation of the SC Rules of Professional Conduct. At the very least, Ward would have been required to divulge this conflict of interest before Mica signed a retainer agreement. I wonder if Mica knew. I wonder if Mica's sister knows now.

That is not a biblical perspective of the Chritians life ! We are called to gather together as one body to worship God, observe the sacraments ( baptism & the Lord's supper) ; pray together ; bear one anothers burdens, and visit the sick etc. There is no such thing in the NT as lone ranger Christians.
