It's easy enough to make a good cover to a banger song, after all if the groundwork is diamond even coal will seem impressive. But you somehow turned that diamond into platinum with this, Bakushou is one of my top 3 Syudou songs and holy shit did you just nail it perfectly. I've heard my fair share of covers that sacrifice _something_ and just feel _slightly_ off even if good enough (every single Yofukashi no Uta cover I have listened to fits this description). If it wasn't for the completely different language, you could play this side-by-side with Bakushou and get the same quality (if not better for me as I don't speak Japanese, so I get more enjoyment out of English lyrics). Not to mention how impressive the MV is, perfectly matching the original even with the new face, and the lyrics being just stylized enough to not be illegible at a quick glance, but also look really pretty.
