Don’t forget a parallel trading exchange…Chicago had one not too long ago. Also, if the SEC is readying to allow RIPPLE to be both currency and “router” ( a bank really), of currency, they can surely have no objection to a new, physical, token ( a new dollar) of value backed by potatoes.
