Just watch his Strickland vs Hermannson commentary, then watch his Adesanya vs Whittaker 2 fight (I actually enjoyed both fights). Strickland vs Hermannson was not the most exciting fight for most people, but Bisping brought it down even further, mocking it as boring. Strickland stuffs 8 takedowns, puts on a defensive clinic against a great fighter, and at least throws down solid jabs all night. He has every right to criticize the fight if he wants, but what's funny to me is the fact that the very next week, he goes on to drool over Adesanya's performance against Whittaker.

Bisping was an exceptionally great fighter. Winning with a single eye and despite all odds is inspiring. But! Bisping was a mediocre champion. Bisping was a mediocre athlete. And Bisping is a FUCKING pathetic commentator. TERRIBLE. He dismisses all opposition as haters which is why he continues to remain mediocre because his mental bandwidth doesn't allow him to know more. I think this has helped him shape his spirit as a fighter though. No matter what happens, he's been so dense that he just gets through without any self-analysis.

He never tested dirty and if you actually look through his record most of his losses are to confirmed drug cheats and at one point held the UFC record for most TKO wins, so going off that I'd say he's pretty damn decent.
