Yep. You're complaining. You say that you don't want to hear the subject that's being discussed. Well all you have to do is "change the channel". But instead, you'd rather whine and complain about it. If I don't like a movie, show, or internet video, I just don't watch it. I don't go and watch it and then whine about it. Sounds like something a little child would do.

all these people that are upset about what they're speaking on, all that shows is that you are scared to hear about the truth. the truth makes you uncomfortable and that's exactly what kaepernick was protesting about and it's also exactly the problem with people in this country.
@rhuttner128 жыл бұрын
DelroyGrant OR maybe there is no proof of their claims. Blacks aren't targeted by police at all.
@EjectoSeatoCuz.8 жыл бұрын
The Incredible Link Thats exactly what I'm talking about. Instead of realizing what's actually happening in your country, you choose to deny the truth and say that people of color must be making it up or over reacting. all you're doing is proving my point. you brought up a discussion that has nothing to do with my original comment. people of color in this country are at a disadvantage from birth and its because of the way the system is built. and unless you've grown up in a black persons body in a poor neighborhood then you have no right to say otherwise because I did and I can say from experience that people of color are absolutely at a disadvantage. it's fact that people who are aware of the truth but scared to acknowledge it have a tendency to deny it without reason. almost like people who deny the Holocaust...
@EjectoSeatoCuz.8 жыл бұрын
rhuttner12 I sure hope your comment is sarcasm, if not you're either delusional or living on a different planet. I know for a fact that people of color are targeted by police and I have experienced it myself on different occasions. I was once pulled over for no other reason than the officer thinking that my car must've been too nice for me. He had no intention of pulling me over until he saw who was driving the car, everything was good, I wasn't speeding or breaking any sort of laws, after realizing that he had nothing on me, he starts fumbling with my inspection sticker asking my why it's peeling, like it must be fake, but apparently he forgot it was 90+ degrees that day. he then proceeds to call the shop number on the back to clarify legitimacy. after being proven wrong for a second time, he then returns to my car almost upset that he couldn't get me for something. he then had the audacity to tell me that I was a long way away from Philly as if black people aren't allowed to be outside of poor cities. tell me again how blacks aren't targeted... let me ask you this... if you think it isn't bad, how willing would you be to trade lives with a black man for 20 years?

Like he said he did his job this year he's not going to kneel the work is done now let's move on to the next level reforming police departments and building the black communities Kaepernick is also doing that people are stuck on the issue of him not getting a job and what it means Kaepernick is good.

You have to understand that of course there are GOOD cops but there are also many BAD cops.
@Jayfly306 жыл бұрын
Alfredo Bullen Just because it hasn't happen to you doesn't mean it's not true. The good cop bad cop argument is baseless and fiction there can be no bad cops if the so-called good cops would police them. So how can there be good cops if they allow the bad cops to do what they do.

I'm guessing it's just a coincidence that Kaepernick says he'll stand for the National Anthem next season if he's signed by a team just before free agency begins.
@Kirbystare19928 жыл бұрын
monotonesarcasm I agree the timing is kind of bad. But he had nothing to gain by doing this he knew the backlash that would come with it. This stance wouldn't have made niners want to keep him or anybody else picking him up it worsened those chances. So I think he's still genuine

Literally my favourite show you've ever done. As for the impact of Colin's actions. Professional footballers over here in the UK, of all races, continue to take the knee over 4 years later. The spectre of racism & social injustice may never be eradicated but awareness is still being spread to combat it.

No, this wasn't a stand for anything. This was a publicity stunt. He realized that he was behind Blaine frigin Gabbert on the depth chart, a first round bust.

Michael I think that if Collin had resigned as a protest against police brutality he would have a greater impact and potential support from the NFL. Dragging the NFL down as if he is fighting against NFL rather than fighting against police brutality is contradictory to his cause. is he protesting police brutality or fighting with the NFL here? He missed his mark I would say. I think had he resigned asking the NFL to stand against police brutality or else he wont play again he would have a stronger support here. Complaining of collusion as if the NFL is what your protesting against is just blind sided. Police brutality is his cause. He missed his mark that's for sure. The support he would have had is split in two, including some of who was his fans and supporters. Again, had he resigned from NFL and lamented he will not play until there is something done about police brutality is more than likely the NFL would be clamoring for him to come back. THATS MY TAKE......STRATEGY STRATEGY STRATEGY

Someone annoying me is not the same thing as making me "uncomfortable". Just because someone wears glasses, talks fast and speaks with a certain vernacular doesn't mean they know what they're talking about.

Michael is very articulate. Rare to see people speak so intelligently nowadays, especially among us in the black community. It’s seen as “nerdy” and uncool but it’s not that at all. It’s better to be articulate with your speech like him in order to carefully and appropriately convey points.

In the past thirty years I have worked on or visited several military installations. To this day, I routinely witness us service members and government paid employees intentionally chose not to pay respect to reveille and retreat, which is the raising and lowering of the “flag” each day. Where’s the outrage. Are is it just not that serious…
