It was recorded for and was the theme song of Spike Lee’s 1996 movie, Get on the Bus, then was released in 1997 with the collectors edition of Ghosts, and released again in 2004 on The Michael Jackson Ultimate Collection Box Set.

I actually have the Ultimate Collection box set and it is truly amazing, spanning Michael's entire career from childhood to 2004, even including rarities, demos and alternate mixes. It's 4 CDs and 1 DVD and even includes the Dangerous Tour on video and has a 60 page booklet with essays and rare photos chronicling Michael's career. I downloaded it to my computer from the set years ago, so I have it on my computer and phone. It's a great collector's edition.

This song was included as an extra for the full 40 minutes Ghost music film, if you bought the Ghosts box-set they included a single of On The Line with it. It was basicly buried and barely nobody has ever heard of it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT, so beautiful! The world needs to hear this song!
