Thanks Michael. Great advice. I have been doing some straight pull-ups as well as assisted pull ups lately. Glad to hear it has all these benefits. Most gyms have machines that allow you to use a knee rest on the pull up machine or you can do them free with just your body weight. If you want to get into doing pull-ups better you can practice with the assisted machine for a while and slowly decrease the weights for assistance. Overtime you can start doing regular free pull-ups when those muscles groups are strong enough. It’s a great thing if all humans can pull-up there own body weight especially in a survival situation. 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽 🥋

The most honest answers to bodybuilding I've heard so far, people need to stop thinking they need heavier weights to gain muscle or definition. I love Mike's movies and how he selects his roles, he always does projects that promote well being and progress of the mind and body. I wish Hollywood would have promoted him more and gave him a wider lane in the movie industry, I like the Rock and all the other athletes but Michael Jai White is a very special individual who expresses the most intense martial arts skill for a guy his size, it takes supreme flexibility and strength and he has mastered both mind and physical powers and you don't see him on the news for not being in control or abusing himself, that's a testament of being a true professional. Applying what he's telling you here will save you a lot of pain and money, just remember to stretch your skeleton before working out and follow the notes.

Let's suppose I'm with my girlfriend, and we can not run. Thank you very much for the information you provide us through the channel.
