The guy had no flaws. Never seen anyone make the game look easier. Masterclass in basketball.

Game 4..... Greatest performance in an NBA Finals game all time. This series is about the most calm I've seen Jordan and he never struck as a guy that gets rattled.

Only mistake they made was making Magic Johnson the color man. He may have been HIV positive but he was talent negative when it came to announcing. Never seems to say what he wants smoothly, sounds like a country boy. “Yes Massa’ I’s tried that against Michael Jordan’s too’s and it’s didn’t work eithers.” I know they gave him the job out of pity and respect but he was awful. But how good was that team? And that’s before they got Rodman. Jordan being compared to Lebron is disgusting. The only person to come close was Kobe, Lebron didn’t have that killer drive that they had. When they were down they wanted the ball and they made it happen. Lebron will disappear in big games towards the end, not Michael.

Without a doubt. Averaging over 40 points in a finals series is just unheard of and will probably never happen again
@thegrandpencil43744 ай бұрын
@@patcisz3474 Not in a six game series, no. Maybe four, but it would only happen due to all the rule changes etc. Scoring has gotten out of control these days, and it's cheapened the numbers.

NBC broadcast a lot of NBA games in the 90s and they were lethal especially watching Jordan and the Bulls. NBC and the NBA are willingly to reunite in 2 years because the NBA wants to broadcast more games which I respect them for that one. It might be time for us to get out our VCR and record our VHS tapes again.

The Bulls needed every bit of that 41 PPG as other than game 1, their other 3 wins this series were by a combined 10 points If he had averaged 35-36 PPG, this series may have gone 7

NBA on NBC theme music and the Bulls home intro music gave me chills and nostalgia. I grew up outside Chicago, and the Bulls were the biggest thing in the world to us. Michael was a once in a few lifetimes star that ended up in our backyard. What he did for basketball, Nike, Gatorade, and the Bulls was magic. Speaking of Magic, how bad was he at color commentating? He sounded like a slave (no offense meant) out there. “Wells, you has to guard Michaels both hands because he’s is amphibious, he can uses his lefts or his rights hands, isn’t that right Massa Bob?” Obviously I’m embellishing a little but he was really bad. HIV positive, talent-negative when it came to being a color man.

Weird series this was.... First off, if it wasn't for a miracle triple overtime win in game 3 by the Suns then this series would have been a clean sweep. Second, this series defied home court advantage logic because which ever team was home only won one game which was game 4 by the Bulls. Not very often that the home team in a series (Basketball specifically) do u see the home team go 1-5. Baseball I can see it happening more often due to pitching matchups but not basketball. Finally, it's also not very often that U see the team with the best record in the league with the league MVP which was the Suns with Charles Barkley in the 93 season lose every home game in a series.

Jordan was a monster... LeBron's highlights are boring in comparison
@moetoosmooth2741 Жыл бұрын
Monster Dunks & Acrobatic Layups in traffic, Chasedown blocks, Contested Deep threes , no look and cross court passes with a small window of error are boring ? Jordan is more smooth but that’s because Jordan is 3 inches shorter , jumps a few inches higher and in the 80s was a hair quicker.
