The most amazing thing about this man is he came from a very difficult upbringing. And he ends up creating shows for the whole family. Not to mention he seems like such a wonderful family man, how did he do it. An a testament to the human spirit.

beautiful series Micheal great tireless professional who gave a lot to television and it's nice to see that he was rewarded if he deserved it, I find that he is a very versatile and good actor, here in Italy the series is continuously broadcast uninterruptedly because it has been very successful, who knows if US his latest work would have been successful too, it would have been very interesting as a series, too bad 😪, he worked until the last, great man, hello Micheal we miss you greetings from Italy 😍😍😍😍

Michael with the important message he wanted to impart on the tv viewing audience. Promote reading and talking to each other in the house, not just sitting together in front of the tv screen. He wanted his shows Little House and Highway to Heaven to be a launching pad to positive habits like these. It starts at home. We don't have anyone like him in the entertainment biz today. That's why I'm so glad I discovered him and watch only his shows currently.

I couldn't have said it better! We just don't have such positive role models anymore. I watch Highway to Heaven every night and the morals it teaches are unsurpassed.

@@helanesolomon1724 they had Highway to Heaven on Netflix and I re watched almost every season then it was gone. It's okay my daughter has all the episodes as well as Little House. Wonder if this present generation would even understand let alone relate to these shows I grew up watching.

My three favorite TV drama series are from the 70s and 80s.. Little House on the Prairie, The Waltons and Highway to Heaven. It really hasn't been the same since!

Thank goodness for DVD’s and streaming because to be quite frank, the shows of today are mostly garbage. I absolutely adore Michael Landon. Such an extraordinary genius 💜💜💜
