I am so so happy for him and Bull. He clearly loves this show and character so so much if he chose to go from NCIS and living with his family in LA to NYC and a new show. I hope that brings him happiness and joy and satisfaction. I do still hope he could be back just for a cameo in one episode in NCIS, just to be reunited with Ziva. That would be wonderful and something tells me it'll happen

I’m sad that he left NCIS because without him there’s not a lot of fun :/. But I’m happy for him to be on Bull because it makes him happy. And I just hope one day Gibbs, Abby, McGee, Tony & Kate work together again.

One of the things Weatherly learned from Mark Harmon is that NCIS is actually The Mark Harmon Show. Only room on the NCIS set for one Lead Dog, Tony. See ya. NCIS lost a lot when the Tony character left.
