Dude, Michael, don't stop with the recipe videos. I started watching your vids about a year and a half ago, and 50 lbs heavier. I liked your vids because you seemed more down to earth than the other fitness channels. I started preparing your recipes and utilizing many of the exercises you detailed and now I'm down to my goal weight while also building mass and getting lean. Keep doing what you're doing both on the workout side and the recipe side and ill keep watching.

You asked for feedback on your recipe videos, so here goes. Honestly that is the whole reason I started watching your videos and subscribed to you. I will click on and look at some of the workout videos, but honestly there are enough people doing that on you tube. The cooking/diet is what I think you really shine at and it is unique. I have tried several of your recipes and have enjoyed them all. Keep it up.

I didn't have any chocolate protein powder, so I modified the recipe based on what I had ( Muscle Pharm Cookies and Creme flavor ) and it didn't even cook right. I used the lemon juice, 3/4 cup of sucralose ( stevia was expensive ), 24oz of Philadelphia fat free cream cheese, 3 scoops (105 grams) of my protein powder, and poured it into an Oreo pie crust. I placed the tin on a cookie sheet and baked at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When I checked on it, the top was overcooked and had lifted and separated from the rest of the cake. Do you have any idea what I did wrong? Because I haven't the slightest idea; I know nothing about cooking chemistry.

Hey Michael, I really love your vídeos especially the ones about cooking and this cheesecake seems amazing, I really want to make it. However, being from from Portugal, we dont have fat free cream cheese (at least that I know of) only the low-fat version, which, if you ask me is not that low fat it used in large amounts, such as 24oz. Do you think this would work using quark cheese, since the texture is pretty much the same? Thank you and keep up teh good work :)
