Sour cream cookies filled with chocolate ganache. The best cookies and my all time favourite. The chocolate filling is so smooth that melts in the mouth like butter.

Hi Michael. I baked cookies according to your recipe. I used a cookie cutter with a pattern. They are delicious, they melt in the mouth, my sun eat them without filling. I have 3 of the rolling pins with different designs, I have always used them for decoration in my kitchen. Not any more, now I have a much better use, thank you, the recipe is a much more elegant version of a Christmas cookie my mother passed down from her Scottish grandmother.

Wish I had saw this a few hrs ago. I just threw egg yolks down the drain because I didn't have a recipe to make use of them. 1st time watching your ch. I'm very impressed.
