Man you are the best teaching! You need start to teach another apps. Cause you explain so well. I had watched a bunch of channels about Substance Painter and didnt get a lot of details! You just solved all in 1 video!

Man no comments? This program does not seem too too complicated. I really want to learn it because you can so efficiently add materials and shaders with ID's. It seems odd to me, you are painting several channels at once with one brush. It would seem to me that you would want a different brush for each channel, perhaps a different brush alpha.

usually if i do any painting it's just through a mask, and have the fill layer do all the heavy lifting as far as the channel properties goes--this also makes it less destructive in that i can go back to the fill layer and change whatever properties I'd like on the fly, and just have to worry about where the masking goes (which I can supplement with generators / smart masks / paint layers / etc... to make even mask creation less destructive). Ideally I do as little painting as possible, but for demonstration purposes, sometimes it's useful to show this to explain how the different channels interact to get you your final result.

Sir is substance painter textures good for mobile game... as i see some texture become 1 gb..m is it good for mobile game.. if not is there any good software in which i cn nake texture for mobile game

it's great for mobile games. Really the restrictions will be on texture size and asset utilization (atlasing and instancing) more than what you use to texture the assets. If you want "mobile sized textures" out of painter, simply export out mobile sized resolution textures.

The short version will be export textures and change the resolution of your textures to something reasonable for mobile resolution and how the asset is viewed in game. If it's only 40 pixels on your screen, export a 64x64 instead of a 4096x4096. The long version...will have to do less with resolution and more with, like I said, how to author and utilize existing assets in a smart way. Which goes beyond my area of expertise, I've never made a mobile game unfortunately.
