Once you frame mesh and create a tube around it how do you accept the command? Its very confusing and you jump to another thing in kzbin.info/www/bejne/opW9g515eNWJj6s when you say "instead of doing this" so we don't really get to know how to close the command. As I tried to use it the mesh stays framed even when I select another brush. Also on meshes with more than one continuous side like for example if you are framing a hollow can on each side or cylinder once you have created a tube around one end if you try to create a tube around the second end the first tube disappears.

04:40 The part where you do the Qmesh with zmodeler brush..is there another alternative for that? Because I don't know why but my zmodeler floating dialogue's top part doesn't show up..I mean its only partially shown. When I select zmodeler brush, hover over a poly and thAen hit spacebar...it opens up the floating menu but the first three rows are kind of outside the screen..Meaning the options from "Add to Curve" all the way down to "Spherize" are hidden..and I haven't found a way to reposition that floating menu so I am not able to use the Qmesh option on it..That's one reason why I haven't been able to use Zmodeler yet. Is there an alternative for that particular method? Will using panel loops help for that? I am using Zbrush 2018. P.s. Thank you for all this content you have produced..I have already learnt quite alot of things in Zbrush in a matter of days and I learnt it all JUST by watching your tutorials. I am really grateful to you for that! :D

Oh no, you're missing out on some great functionality! Hmmm...for extruding faces you can use like subtool extract, or morph diff, orrr....a few other weird options, but really the fastest and most controlled way is with the zmodeler brush. Wish i had a better answer, is there any way to get a higher resolution monitor so your zbrush experience isn't truncated?
@shreyaspai37916 жыл бұрын
Michael Pavlovich Yes! I am planning to get a higher res monitor soon but its so hard to wait till then haha. After I made this comment I went on and did some experimenting and the only way I get decent results are by using morph diff and panel loops. I tried using panel loops on the belt of the character with a high bevel value and tweaked the bevel profile a little and then selected the front facing inner polygroup and panel looped it outwards again and it worked out fine. So it is effective but its just that the process takes quite some time and zmodeler does that in seconds! So far panel loops has become my savior in these cases..Maybe I will come back to this project once I get a better monitor! Thank you for getting back to me, I didn't think you'd see this considering this is an old video :D

Hey i had this problem once too, create a new document, whatever size you want or customise your UI a little and store it, reopen. if that doesnt work you mayyyy have to reinstall. Good luck!

There's the playback speed option on youtube. Just choose 0.5 for example.
