i.k=ikan kering meaning salted fish 😁 thats why it salty, eldery people like it,some nasi lemak didnt have cucumber to make it last longer because the water from cucumber tend to spoilt the rice

I see a lot of foreigner couldn't translate nasi lemak correctly. So let me help out. Nasi means rice. Lemak if you translate it literally into English means fat. But in Malay, if you use it for food it is an expression of how it taste. it means savory, and rich tasting. Nasi lemak rice taste savory and rich because it is cooked with santan or in english, coconut milk.

It's uncommon to see Korean people cannot take very spicy food, right? So, I wonder how they eat Korean dishes that have a lot of spicy chilli paste and powder? I watched Chef Baek put a lot of gochujang and gochugaru into bibim naengmyeon and it was very spicy. Will Mr Kim Sun be able to eat them?
@250Loy2 ай бұрын
Not really! Some people do not prefer spicy food. I found spicy Korean food is famous dishes in overseas such as Kimchi stew, soft tofu stew, tteokbokki & etc., Actually daily food which is called “Jib-bap” isnt that spicy. And many banchans are namul which is not a spicy. Quite interesting Gochujang based Korean food is really popular in overseas compared with other Korean dishes. Sun likes bibim noodle if it not too spicy😂
