Actresses over 50 generally don't get big roles in Hollywood, so a wide audience (say what? 25 yrs and younger?) weren't around when she was "A" list. Her peak period was early eighties to mid nineties. That's a nice stretch. She's kept working but the MCU has simply bumped her back in the spotlight a bit.

Its literally been almost 40 years since I first saw Ladyhawke, yet still, when I see a Michelle Pfeiffer anything pop up, I am viewing it, no questions. Its just hard to explain being a kid in the 80s and seeing Michelle from Scarface to Grease 2, Into the Night, then Finally Ladyhawke within a span of a few years. So indelible in my mind that for years, because I saw the movie at such a young age, all I could remember for years of Into the Night was her in that leather red jacket, without context. It wasn't until I was a teen that I was really able to identify the movie. I think I will forever be a fan of hers. 5 decades so far!

I work behind the scenes. Actors can request filters to slightly blur them out on camera. Filters soften the harsh lighting. I won’t mention any names, but if u saw many of these actors in person, u might see lots more wrinkles than u can see on camera. I was stunned in person when I met an actress in her 60’s. On camera she looks flawless. In person so many. Like, way more than I would have guessed. Many use to bake in the sun until they found out how bad it ages skin, same as alcohol. Alcohol dehydrates u. Cigarettes too create deep wrinkles. So, all 3 are really bad. Michelle may not have many wrinkles in person, but she may?

Botox, her forehead doesnt move. Shes also has a slender body I dont think she put on so much weight since she was in her 20s, which makes her look young.
