I did this one on the rebounder - had to make some modifications but it was fun and helped keep me focused ! love the low impact and it felt like a replacement for a walk since I didnt want to leave the house.

Thank you. I live in Britain, close to the ocean, on the French side of the Atlantic. I love all seasons. We do not have that much snow here, and summers are not too hot either. I love power walking workouts👣and the many ways of leveling it up. I will be back to do this again.👣I love the boost you get. I leveled up with hand weights and got around 3600 steps using a regular pedometer.👣Nice way to kick off my day!👣Love the new hair btw.😍 Thank you Michelle and Crew❣️

Love this workout! At 60 I find hiit workouts leave me with no energy the rest of the day. Or I have to modify them. This workout I could workout at your pace and feel totally successful with the 2lb weights. Garmin venu 2 - don't see the step count under cardio but avg hr 146 and 333 calories. Ty!

Loved this so much! Used an Apple Watch 1.7 miles and about 3900 steps forgot to check my step count prior to the workout(might’ve been all those extras steps i put in to stay on beat lol) thank you!!!!😅😂

4300 steps with a Garmin watch! Added as many jumps as I could (and bounces instead of just regular marches) and also used 3lb weights! Over 320 calories burned! :)

Loved this! My first go at a walking workout - great fun and music. Definitely going to try the longer ones. Did following my weights workout. Added my weighted vest and held a couple of light weights. Apple Watch says 4,235 but that is for the day (did exercise first thing) - not showing the total for just this workout? Ready to smash my day now - after a bit of fuelling! ❤

You just KNEW what I needed today!❤ 4.016 steps and 1.9 km on my Garmin. 250 kcal in total, using 2 pound weights and 1 pound ankle weights. Loved this pace and LOVED your music choice! Sang along in my head.😁 These "step"-workouts are so wonderful! One can also do them when one's not quite up to oneself on some days and still break a sweat and *having done something*! Thank you & your wonderful team for bringing these workout to us! ❤ (And hell yes, beach over snow any day! Though - if I don't have to get out, snow looks nice...)
