@@MichelleBriehler Thanks for your answer. I don't want to be offensive. This is just my feeling. I prefer to do the workout more in silence, not with someone talking all the time. It's ok to give some guidelines on how to do correctly the exercise, but not talk during the whole exercise. I'm from Barcelona, Spain, and English is not my mother tongue and maybe I can't understand all that you are saying and it seems noisy to me. I'm new to your channel. I normally follow Heather Robertson (I don't know if you know her) but she is the opposite and with her, I can focus more on what I'm doing. However, I think your workout is amazing. Have a nice day!
