Great part 2 episode. Parkin obviously doesn't like Bothroyd but can someone sum up what exactly happened between them two at Cardiff? I only know of Bellamy saying to Bothroyd "At Blackburn you got replaced by Shefki Kuqi, that sums your career up".
@dubiouscaesar37093 күн бұрын
I don't think Bothroyd is liked anywhere from what I can gather, we had him early on at Coventry and he was known to have a bad attitude. Although Bellamy seems to be very unpopular too, although came up short with trying to be tough at Coventry, as Kirkland mentions on his respective episode😅

Roy Keane missed Ireland’s second leg play-off against Iran on November 15 2001 through ‘injury’. He played for Man Utd against Leicester on November 17. A play-off to reach the World Cup and he risked it all because he was scared of Ferguson (check the number of friendlies Keane played for Ireland whilst at Utd). He put Utd above his country. He then walked out on his country. Keane is a coward and his persona now is so fake in how he talks about Ireland and belittling Ferguson. He was just like Giggs, who never showed up for Wales in that period. He was in Ferguson’s pocket. He’ll never admit it but I bet he regrets his actions.

@mysteryguest38343 күн бұрын
@@michaelmulhall5007 Not disputing his ability. Agree, he was incredible, especially against Holland. But just look at what you put. 'Mick agreed', why would he agree to that? Why would he want to go without his best player under any circumstances? He would've been bullied into it. An away game in front of 100,000 fans for a World Cup and only 2-0, and you're happy that the captain WANTS to miss it to play against Leicester two days later.
