Wow. This is me, I'm 71 and drive an old Chevy pickup, I live in an old cabin , fish from an old boat, plow my garden with my Dad's old plow, I love old stuff, I'm just an old school and a simple man. This song was written for me, thank you Sir fir an awesome song, God Bless.

Damb good country music man. I just sent your song Hes my dad to my step daddy who's been my daddy since I was 12. I lost my real dad to suicide but luckily I didn't choose his way out although I've been at the verge of attempting. Mental illness is a silent killer, that voice in my head tells me im know good, worthless and should just follow in his footsteps but now I've got my own family and would never listen to that voice in my head because the ones you leave behind are the ones who hurt the most and they don't deserve to hurt over a selfish decision

I'm getting older too - how could I argue with this song? ( Love it! ) I will say it is easier to work with and live with someone that has been around the block a few times - I guess all that comes down to Wisdom?

How country music should sound! Just the singer, and their guitar. Tyler Childers had it, then went full poop (pop) country. 🙄
