Wow. Never thought I'd see a video like this that portrayed microtransactions as better than they are in real life. You don't get a whole new area for under $3. And you sure as hell don't get crystals that easy.
@med2904 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, there's never a way to just grind the premium currency. Usually, you can get just some pitiful amount from doing daily quest and seasonal events. They make sure as hell you can't just grind indefinitely instead of paying.
@roastinpeace2320 Жыл бұрын
Exactly. It would be like "Kill 500 rats to get 25 crystals" daily objective. And the objective would be random every day so some days it would be even more frustrating.
@med2904 Жыл бұрын
@@roastinpeace2320 nah, it's more like 10 or 20 rats, or something equally trivial to finish the daily quest. Because they want to at least hook you in to login everyday, and then feel like you've wasted 2 months grinding 300 out of 1,000 premium currency that you need to unlock the thing you want. So the sunk cost fallacy sets in and you feel like it's a bigger waste to give up after all this time, than to pay $10 to get what you wanted and maybe use that 300 crystals for some useless weapon skin or an EXP buff.
