Try a med spa. You know the places that do Botox and fillers and stuff, often they will also prescribe these medications. And they're often prescribed by physician assistants and nurse practitioners so they may be more willing to accommodate the dosing

Thank you so much for all of the information! I started Semaglutide at the beginning of this week strictly for weight loss not knowing the other effects it has. I have suffered from PMDD during ovulation peak and also have long standing FUO with hourly temperature spikes (since 2019) plus have leg muscles that lock up and burn once standing after sitting for more than 10 minutes (I am great once I get going though). I spent over 15k to try to find what was wrong and gave up after a year of so many specialists and nothing ever being found minus high inflammation markers and prediabetes yet I am on a diabetic diet due to my husband's diagnosis. I have dealt with daily nausea and stomach pain with no clinical cause to be found as well for over a year now. I eat clean, grow my own food, and am an avid gardener (both indoor and out) plus walk frequently yet nothing ever changes weight wise. I have been morbidly obese since I gave birth to my twins. All of the aforementioned issues have disappeared within a day (still obese though lol) - every single health symptom that annoys or hurts me is gone and I don't understand how I have never heard of this. I am no longer even worried about the weight loss tbh. The doctors blamed everything on my weight and I believed them while never being able to lose no matter what I do. Although I did lose 12 pounds in water weight the first 3 days after my first standard starting dose! My only side effect so far is belching the day of the shot. Your video has me hopeful that I have finally found something to help with everything, I had given up hope years ago. Thank you again for going so far in depth.

24:00 as well as 28:00 can you make these into reels, please? Strength-training, GLP, and HRT as the magic triad, is information that needs to get out! I am 56, on 5mg Zep (not moving dose; I lose about 1lb/week), E patch 0.1mg, micronized prog 100mg, and walk with a 20lbs weighted vest. I am walking tall, have my waistline back, slowing reducing my BMI which plagued me through my whole adulthood, and feeling like I've figured out the key to life! I'm living this way and look around at all of my fellow loved ones, wanting them to do these three things along with me! To hear DrTM speak on this is validating my life experience.

Clarify micro dosing what are the doses
@spdrasr3
@spdrasr3 24 күн бұрын
This was very interesting. I'm a male 49 yo and started micro dosing myself after not being able to tolerate the standard tirzepetide 2.5mg. I would feel very full and uncomfortable for an entire day and really bad reflux at night, severely impacting sleep. 1.25mg seems to be the sweet spot for me. I'm also a pharmacy technician in an institutional setting with tons of compounding experience so I can dose myself. Cardiac and neurodegenerative disease runs in my family and have noticed this has greatly reduced my chronic central nervous system pain. I believe that I have insulin resistance and metabolism syndrome from over use of caffeine and stress.

I watched several videos of @drtyna on microdosoing and I am still not sure what she means by it. Does she mean staying on the lowest dosage of semaglutide (i.e 2.5mg mounjaro)for a long time until desire weight is achieved or injecting small doses?
@ABeautyAddict
@ABeautyAddict Ай бұрын
What she means for example, some people can do .10, .25, .50 not 2.50 which is the starting dosage for Tirzepatide. But if you are metabolic damaged the starting dosage is your starting point but still you could stay at the lowest dosage possible to rip the benefits without having to got all the way up to 15 mgs. You can only do this with compounded medication.

What should the dosing be for those of us already suffering from metabolic syndrome, pre or actual diabetes, elevated inflammation markers, overweight, HBP, high cholesterol ? Is the 2.5 mg of Monjaro still too high ? I’ve been on that dose for one month , with no improvement in weight or insulin resistance, but now I’m concerned about ramping up my dose .
@HerroYuy246

If after 4 weeks nothing has changed then go up on dose. You’re only too high in dose if you literally can’t eat or are too sick with side effects.

@@HerroYuy246 Thanks for the advice. I have definitely experienced side effects and difficulty eating , but the weight hasn’t budged. This is not new for me, as I’ve not responded very well to IF which I’ve practiced for 8 years. Lost a bit of weight initially on IF , but was eventually down to a 2 hour eating window just to maintain a measly 8 pound weight loss, and I am still 45 pounds overweight. Have tried Keto , paleo , vegan , raw foods etc.

the lowest/starting dose is 2.5mg. therefore taking anything lower is microdosing. it's also microdosing to stay on the 2.5mg long term since often it is titrated up to remain effective. instead you can cycle off to resume receptivity and effectiveness

I first heard Dr Tyna on the Chalene Show as well. I did a search and God put a practitioner in my life who was willing to talk with me about micro dosing. I did my 5th shot last night and it’s the BEST thing I’ve ever done!! You HAVE to do it right though. I’ve binged watched Dr Tyna and other GLP-1 “experts”. I’m focusing on nutrition and exercise. Heavy on protein and fiber. I feel great! It’s so refreshing to not have the constant food noise. It was the piece of the puzzle I’d been looking for for so long!

I have had great success on the GLP1 with minimal side effects for the first 24 hours after the shot. I am on the starting dose of 25mg. She never discloses a specific dose range for this ‘microdosing’, now does she? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Yes, we know, it’s all very individual… but hey, a ballpark range to give an idea, yeah? 🤔 ‘Cuz if it’s below 0.25mg for Wegovy, or 2.5mg for Mounjaro/Zepbound, then you’d likely have to do this via vials and a compounder (Ozempic has a variable dose pen that would be an exception). Though Lilly is just now finally releasing some doses in vials.
