Can you interlock micro two strand twist starter locs at 2 weeks or 1 month?

Personally I would give it much longer that, at the very least six months so they've had a chance to bud BUT if you're set on it, I've heard of some loc'd ladies that go back an forth between interlocking and palm rolling with each retightening.
