Do you use conditioner every time you wash ? I personally love your psoriasis care at the beginning of your wash routine . I definitely dilute Nizoral, I get it by prescription you only get a little bit so you got to make stretch. Thank you for amazing content , the journey alone is one of anticipation and excitement as they grow therefore I'm a firm believer in keeping things simplistic yet effective. People that suffer from psoriasis can wear micro locs but we must have a plan of action in place in order to start and maintain our locs .

I do use conditioner every single time I wash because I personally don’t like the way my hair feels after only using shampoo. Even if I add my leave-in and oil afterwards, it still feels different and rougher if I don’t use conditioner.
